David is a founder and the Managing Principal of the Lee & Associates of St. Louis office with over 14 years of experience in the sales and leasing of commercial properties, with a primary focus on industrial buildings, investment sales and land. He has participated in over 600 transactions including 19 million square feet of buildings and 850 acres of ground with a total consideration in excess of $560 million.

Prior to founding Lee & Associates of St. Louis, David was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and a software engineer for McDonnell Douglas for five years, working on the Tomahawk and Advanced Cruise Missile projects. Less
